What a price on this page means

Every price here is for a near-mint copy of the raw card, in pounds. It is anchored to real sold prices from Europe and America and checked against current eBay UK listings, rather than being a dollar figure run through an exchange rate.

A played copy is worth less, and a graded copy is a different market altogether. Open a card to see its readings, its price history and the condition and grade ladders. The value checker guide explains how to judge condition and what separates a sold price from an asking one.

Each set page lists every card in it with its price, and shows the value of the whole set. Pick an era to find an older set.

A price guide tells you what cards are worth in general. Your own cards are the ones that matter to you. Scan them with the card scanner, or add a whole collection and watch its total with the collection tracker.

Quick answers

Questions people ask.

Which Pokémon cards are worth the most right now?

The list on this page shows the highest-priced English cards in the Collectly catalogue today. It is made up of rare vintage cards and modern chase cards, and it moves as prices do. Only cards with enough evidence behind their price are listed.

How are the prices worked out?

Prices are in pounds, anchored to real sold prices from Europe and America and checked against current eBay UK listings. Each price is for a near-mint copy. Open any card to see the readings behind its number.

How often do the prices update?

This page re-reads the catalogue every hour. The catalogue itself is re-priced on a rolling cycle, and cards that members own are re-priced every night.

Are these prices for graded cards?

No. The prices here are for raw, near-mint cards. Graded prices are shown on each card's own page, and they come from asking prices rather than sold prices.

Why might a price here differ from another site?

Other sites may use dollars converted into pounds, asking prices instead of sold prices, a different condition or a different version of the card. Compare like with like before you decide a number is wrong.

Can I see what my own collection is worth?

Yes. Add your cards to a free Collectly account by scanning them or importing a CSV, and the collection's total value is worked out in pounds. The collection tracker guide explains how.
